I have worked in travel management for 15 of my 18 years in this industry, having also worked in leisure travel and airlines.
I love the opportunity it gives me to engage with people. To get to know them, their needs and their businesses inside out so I can make the difference between providing them with a good travel service and a great one. It’s an exciting, ever-evolving industry too, with technology in particular constantly advancing.
My key focus at Concierge is client satisfaction and retention through the delivery of a well-managed travel program. I do it through my mix of operational experience, travel industry knowledge and account management skills. For me it’s all about understanding the particular requirements a client has and using our resources to deliver the requirements and results they are seeking. I like to think we listen first and don’t come into a new client relationship with a pre-determined view on what they need.
