Ethical and Cultural diversity:

When starting as a new employee at Concierge Business Travel, all employees are provided with our guidelines regarding Policies on Ethical and Cultural Diversity for our business during orientation. These policies are also made available to our staff ensuring their personal beliefs and cultures are respected at all times.

Annually our Senior Management Team meet to discuss ethical, cultural diversity and environmental policies creating action plans and regular review dates to ensure our views are recognised by all staff with the aim of creating a harmonious and inclusive working environment. We believe these strategies assist our staff to manage various situations which arise within our workplace and our world affecting both our colleagues and clients/travellers alike.

Throughout the year, we encourage our staff, clients and suppliers to be involved in our "International Food Day" whereby each member brings a food dish from their country of nationality - a fun and successful event. We believe diversity brings greater creativity and innovation to our business as well as successful communication to a wide variety of cultures - an acceptance and true understanding of multiculturalism.
