Using membership reward points

Points earned by your travellers can be used to book travel though Concierge Business Travel.

You can book your corporate travel using the membership rewards and because you are not relying on frequent flyer seats and it is a fully paid fare, within the conditions of that airfare, you can make changes not reliant on frequent flyer seats.  You can also use the reward points to pay for the transaction fees.
