Unused ticket management
Concierge Business Travel has proven processes and procedures to ensure your ticket credits are effectively managed to greatly reduce your exposure to lost tickets. As part of our service, we will provide a monthly unused ticket report. This highlights any unused tickets that can be revalidated and used at a later date, in line with the fare conditions of the ticket.
If using our online booking system, the travellers or booking coordinators can also see where a traveller has a ticket on hold to be used. In addition to this function, our staff also have access to view any tickets that are on hold via each traveller's profile. An email is also sent to the consultant 1 month prior to the ticket expiring advising of this occurrence.
