Yes, most airlines allow pre-allocation of seating though this is always subject to change at all times and it strictly controlled by the airlines.

This varies dependant on the airline you are flying with, where you are flying to, and what type of airfare has been purchased. As a general rule for all flights except USA, allowances are 20kg for economy, 30kg for Business Class and 40kg for First Class.

| Yes, most airlines have strict weight restrictions, limited to one carry on luggage item not exceeding 7 kg. The Australian government also prohibits certain liquids and aerosols to be carried on board an aircraft

For domestic flights, you do not require a copy of your e-ticket receipt, though for international flights, Concierge BT recommends you keep a copy with you at all times.

| Can a Qantas ticket that has been cancelled and placed into credit be transferred to another traveller? |
|
No, all Qantas non refundable airfare types are non transferrable, though if the traveller holding the credit has left the company, Concierge BT can apply to Qantas for authority re-use the ticket. Conditions apply.

| Can a Virgin Blue ticket that has been cancelled and placed into credit be transferred to another traveller? |
| All Virgin Blue credits can be transferred to any new booking on the Virgin Blue network. |
