Survey Results

Time to announce the results of our bi-annual survey conducted in May 2009. Firstly, thank you to all of you that participated in the survey. The uptake was over 45%, the highest we have ever achieved and well beyond normal survey responses.

We are proud to advise that we have increased our Above Average Service Rating to 94% up 1% from our previous survey. This is well above our industry average of 80% and shows that we truly deliver on outstanding service to our clients.
