Concierge Business Travel (Concierge BT) will not disclose to any third party any sensitive information without your consent or non-sensitive information unless it is related to the purposes of collection; and will take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information collected, used or disclosed is accurate, complete and up-to-date;
Concierge BT commits to comply with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, and in doing so will only transfer data to:
1. Relevant suppliers or third parties (including airlines, hotels and car hire companies) and airline computer reservations systems, purely for the purpose of making supplier reservations; or
2. In order to provide specific company management information
We will provide full access to personal information held by us, unless particular circumstances (as prescribed by the Act) apply that require that we limit the extent of access granted. Should we no longer require the information collected, we will take all reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information.
