With approximately 40 staff members, our team has extensive consulting expertise and travel industry knowledge, augmented by significant personal travel experiences.

To ensure our commitment to service excellence, every client is assigned a dedicated Corporate Travel Advisor, or team, regardless of the booking procedure (off-line or on-line). Our personalised approach starts with a personal introduction between Advisor and customer to establish the relationship.

Here is a brief introduction to some of our Team Members:

	Mary Gava - Executive General Manager Mary has worked within in the travel industry for 20+ years primarily in Executive Management roles for both Multi-National and Boutique travel businesses. Mary’s core responsibility is to provide direction and leadership toward the achievement Concierge Business Travel's philosophy, mission, policy, and its annual goals and objectives as well as define the strategic direction of the company.

	Renos Rologas - General Manager Renos has been in the travel industry for 20 years and has held senior management roles within boutique and multi-national travel management companies. Renos has a proven history of building and maintaining solid business relationships with his clients.

	Nadine Lowe - National Sales Manager Nadine has more than 15 years experience in the travel industry focussing on business development and strategic account management. Nadine's ability to partner effectively with clients results in tailored solutions delivered to individual requirements.

	Nicola Billens - Marketing Manager A successful manager in all aspects of marketing communications both online and in the real world, Nicola sets strategic directions and develops tactical business plans for implementation. She has 10 years marketing experience across multiple industries.

	Kimm Grant - Advisor Kimm is our longest serving Advisor having been with Concierge Business Travel for 13 years. Throughout this time, Kimm has built extensive relationships with her clients and is often commended for her loyalty and knowledge of the industry.

	Kerry Thornthwaite - Advisor Kerry has a strong history having worked in the business travel sector for more than 18 years. Kerry joined Concierge Business Travel as a member of our After Hours team and enjoys the challenges presented to her in this varied role. Kerry's focus is on delivering a Concierge service to our clients, whatever it takes.

	Jane Blunden - Advisor Jane joined Concierge Business Travel in late 2008. Jane has over 5 years experience in the Travel Industry having worked in Hotel Mangement and as a Corporate travel advisor both in Australia and the UK. She has also travelled extensively through Europe and Asia.

	Kara Markie - Advisor Kara has worked in the travel industry for 10 years in both leisure and corporate environments and she joined us in July 2009.

	Robert Firmani - Financial Controller Robert has been in the travel industry as a Financial Controller since 1990 having worked in many segments of the industry. Robert is responsible for the financial planning, introduction of high quality financial concepts and systems and the addition of any risk management controls.

	Maria Baberowski - Operations & IT Projects Manager Maria has more than 20 years experience in the travel industry, having spent the past 12 working within IT divisions most recently with Flight Centre Limited and Sabre Pacific where her experience included managing IT operations, delivery and projects which led to the release of travel applications - including online solutions.

	Paul Patane - Head of Travel Advisory As Head of Travel Advisory, Paul offers a mix of experience, energy, dedication and a passion for providing unique and eclective travel advice and services to his clients. He has a client base built up over 20+ years, mainly repeats and personal referrals, and from travellers who seek and expect a Virtuoso standard of service when planning their personal travel.

	Mei Jong - Assistant Accountant As part of the finance team, Mei brings with her a wealth of experience from within the travel industry.

	Trina Patterson - Head of Operations Trina joined Concierge Business Travel as Head of Operations in late 2010. She brings with her a wealth of experience in both Corporate and Leisure travel as well as other industries.

	Glenda McMillan-Andersson - Product manager Glenda's experience within the travel industry is diverse and has taken her to more than 68 countries world wide.

	John Chekian - Advisor John has been working in travel for 30 years and has intimate knowledge of every aspect of five star leisure travel.

	Melanie McTighe - Product specialist Melanie McTighe has been working for over 20 years in the travel industry and is a product specialist in luxurious villas and resorts.

	Pam Byrnes - Account Manager With 19 years extensive experience in all aspects of corporate Travel, Pam has brought both her Operational and Strategic Business Management experience to Concierge BT in the role of Account Manager.

	Krystal Davidson - Advisor Krystal has over 5 years experience in working for multi-national Travel Management Companies.

	Mary Ann San Roman - Advisor Mary Ann is originally from Peru and is our South American travel specialist.

	Guy Batten - Advisor Guy Batten, one of our experienced Cruise Masters and corporate travel specialists.

	Alan Tubery - Advisor Apart is passionate about orchestrating wonderful journies to Switzerland and Western Europe. He is an author of travel experiences. Alan takes the time to investigate what you love to do, aspire to experience, see first hand and creates a unique itinerary to suite your needs.

	Elisabeth Grieder - Advisor Elisabeth has corporate clients who rely on her to get them around the world in comfort and on time.

	Erika Affolter - Advisor Erika has years of experience designing personalised travel programs for her clients. She is a passionate skier and can provide you with lots of inside information.
