With approximately 40 staff members, our team has extensive consulting expertise and travel industry knowledge, augmented by significant personal travel experiences. Here is a brief introduction to some of our Team Members:

	Mary Gava - Executive General Manager

	Renos Rologas - General Manager Renos has been in the travel industry for 20 years and has held senior management roles within boutique and multi-national travel management companies. Renos has a proven history of building and maintaining solid business relationships with his clients.

	Nadine Lowe - National Sales Manager Nadine has more than 15 years experience in the travel industry focussing on business development and strategic account management. Nadine's ability to partner effectively with clients results in tailored solutions delivered to individual requirements.

	Kim Lloyd - Operational Leader Kim brings to Concierge BT a wealth of leadership skills gained throughout her various roles in the travel industry. As Operational Leader, Kim’s focus is on delivering the highest level of Concierge service to all our clients through our team of Advisors.

	Nicola Billens - Marketing Manager A successful manager in all aspects of marketing communications both online and in the real world, Nicola sets strategic directions and develops tactical business plans for implementation. She has 10 years marketing experience across multiple industries.

	Kimm Grant - Advisor Kimm is our longest serving Advisor having been with Concierge BT for 13 years. Throughout this time, Kimm has built extensive relationships with her clients and is often commended for her loyalty and knowledge of the industry.

	Tania Bevan - Advisor Tania's travel experience has been within the business travel and academic sectors for a number of years. Tania regularly receives positive client feedback on her in-depth airfares and destinations knowledge as well as her outgoing personality.

	Clare Russell - Advisor Clare is a well travelled Advisor with over 20 years experience in the travel industry having worked in UK, Dubai and for the past four years in Australia within the business travel sector. Clare has strong airfares and destinations knowledge which assists her in servicing her clients.

	Kerry Thornthwaite - Advisor Kerry has a strong history having worked in the business travel sector for more than 18 years. Kerry joined Concierge BT as a member of our After Hours team and enjoys the challenges presented to her in this varied role. Kerry's focus is on delivering a Concierge service to our clients, whatever it takes.

	Kate Cass - Advisor Kate commenced her career in travel within the retail sector and more recently within the business travel sector. Kate joined Concierge BT as a member our After Hours team and successfully partners our Advisors in managing our Clients’ out of hours requirements. A complete Concierge service.

	Carly Gargett - Group, Conferences and Incentives Advisor With 7 years experience in the travel industry holding roles within sales, product, groups and events, Carly brings industry knowledge, key relationships and a sunny personality with her to Concierge BT. Carly's focus is to build, manage and implement all aspects of group, event and conference and incentive business for Concierge Business Travel.

	Jane Blunden - Advisor Jane joined Concierge Business Travel in late 2008. Jane has over 5 years experience in the Travel Industry having worked in Hotel Mangement and as a Corporate travel advisor both in Australia and the UK. She has also travelled extensively through Europe and Asia.

	Kara Markie - Advisor Kara is the newest member of our team. Kara has worked in the travel industry for 10 years in both leisure and corporate environments and she joined us in July 2009.
