One measure Vodka (Russian)
1/2 measure Dry Vermounth
Shake very well with ice and pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a slice of lemon peel
2-3 ripe white peaches peeled
1 bottle good quality champagne or sparkling wine
1 teaspoon raspberry puree or Grenadine
Puree the peaches in a blender until. Spoon one and a half tablespoons of the peach
puree into chilled champagne glasses along with 2-3 drops of raspberry puree of Grenadine.
Slowly pour champagne on top. Garnish with slice of peach or a fresh raspberry.
