We understand the serious implications of carbon emissions and their effect on the environment. We work with our clientele and partners to limit and offset these emissions and we take very seriously the scientific evidence about environmental matters. Only recently we succeeded in offsetting all of Concierge Travel Group's Carbon Emissions dating back to July 2006. View our Climate Friendly Certificate.
Our workplace environmental policies include:
- Recycling many products throughout the office including paper and toner cartridges
- Encouraging staff to walk to meetings or to use public transport.
- Family friendly work place arrangements, including work from home arrangements that save carbon emissions through reduced need for work-related travel.
- Adopting Earth Hour strategies in the office.
- Using environmentally responsible paper
- Plike Paper is an environmentally responsible paper, manufactured under strict environmental management systems that use Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF) pulp sourced from certified, well-managed forests.
- Maestro Supreme - an environmentally responsible paper independently certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and manufactured using ECF pulp sourced from well-managed Forests. It is produced by Mondi's Theresienthal Mill, a company certified under ISO14001 environmental management systems.

Carbon Awareness Itinerary
A customised itinerary that includes a carbon emission calculation for the flight segments of the itinerary at the time of creating the itinerary. This itinerary option is enabled at a Debtor level.
Carbon Emission Report
A report created to display the calculated carbon emissions per booking and the estimated cost to neutralise them by offsetting with Climate Friendly. This report can be made available on custom menu & your client's custom online report menu.
