Each travel segment is dropped into your desktop calendar and/or your Blackberry/PDA. |
| Go-Ahead | Priority immigration clearance, avoiding queues (subject to government and country restrictions). |
| Transfer-It | Private transfers from airports to hotels or business meetings. |
| Deliver-It | We will arrange shipping of your luggage from your hotel, office, and cruise ship to your home from destinations around the world. |
| Pre-Check In | Pre-registration of your arrival at participating hotels so we may advise your room number before you get there. |
| Direct-It | Our own Concierge Black portable GPS, delivered to you with your destinations pre-loaded. |
| Allocate-It | Your seating is allocated, your boarding pass printed (participating airlines only) and emailed to you for speedy check-in. |
