Teekay’s operations in Australia are based in remote locations with infrequent connections. As such, Teekay’s team of highly specialised engineers have specific travel requirements in order to transfer to ships and key customer bases.
 

Objectives

• Teekay needed a partner that could service it’s unique travel needs whch included fly in/fly our crew shift changes at port locations. This required quick responses to booking requests as flights to these locations are often full.
• Reduce unused ticket wastage by 60%
• Save minimum 10% on overall travel related spend (hotels, cars, flights & other).
• Teekay also required guidance on how to manage supplier contracts’ expiration dates.
