For our new clients, an Account Manager will implement a series of training and feedback seminars to ensure all staff and in particular the travel bookers, understand the new procedures and travel policy. This would include but not be limited to:
• Understanding of Domestic airfares – private fares, flexible fares and restrictive fares
• Understanding of International airfares - net vs published
• Understanding your corporte travel policy
As part of the National Account Manager’s role, benchmarking of your company's travel for air, hotel and car will be part of the standard quarterly review. Your company’s travel will be benchmarked against existing clients of similar culture and spend and analysed by the National Account Manager. Recommendations for further cost savings will be made from the findings.
