Quality assurance through technology

With Concierge Business Travel our cutting edge technology provides our clients with the assurance that their bookings will be error free. 

Our system will automatically check a booking against a set of rules we have developed and automatically advise our travel advisor if those sets of rules have not bee met.

An example of these rules are:

• If we book a hotel that is not in the same city as the last arrival flight i.e. last arrival flight city is Sydney, yet we booked accommodation in Melbourne (this would be an error that the system will pick up)
• The same applies for car rental

In addition we have other technology to assist in providing the best service and fare possible. This includes:

Fare Checkers – our system automatically checks for cheaper airfares if they become available
Seat Checker – our system automatically checks for the preferred seat (and books it if it becomes available) if we have been unable to get the preferred seat in the first instance.
Waitlist Checker – our system automatically checks availability and if it finds the required seat, books it automatically
